1960s-1980s soul vocal group from Washington, D.C.

Formed in Washington, D.C. in the mid-'60s. [a=Larry Mizell & Fonce Mizell] with [a=Freddie Perren] signed them at [l=Hog (2)]. [a=Sylvia Robinson] then signed them at [l=Stang Records]. After the initial changing line ups they started having hits as the trio that later in the late '70s evolved to [a=Ray, Goodman & Brown].
