Bryan Lilje

Bassist, guitarist, and guitar technician in Atlanta, Georgia. Lilje moved to Athens, Georgia in 1980, where he played bass and guitar in art rock bands and worked as a crew member for groups including Pylon, Method Actors, Love Tractor, Limbo District, Art in the Dark, and Kilkenny Cats.

In 1987, he moved back to Atlanta, where he played bass for Ellen James Society, Pillowtexans, Engine, and VieTNam, while also working in guitar repair, building and restoration. He worked at Clark Music until it closed in the late 1990s and is now the in-house guitar and stringed instrument repair shop at Atlanta Musicians Exchange.
