Kungliga Hovkapellet ("Royal Court Orchestra"), is a Swedish orchestra, first documented in 1526. It is one of the oldest still active orchestras in the world.

Since 1773, the Kungliga Hovkapellet has been the orchestra of the Royal Swedish Opera.
