Don McDougall
Canadian singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Son of musician Colin McDougall, brother of [a=Robbie McDougall] and [a=Bill McDougall].
Born November 5, 1948 in the Winnipeg, Manitoba suburb of St. Vital, he played in several local bands in the 1960s including Terry & The Gentry before moving to Vancouver and joining [a=Mother Tucker's Yellow Duck]. That group relocated to Toronto in 1969, and broke up in 1971. McDougall returned to Winnipeg and joined The Vicious Circle (with [a=Gary Maclean] & [a=Blair Maclean]) until March 1972, when he joined The Guess Who through June 1974.
In 1977 he joined [a=Jim Kale]'s rehashed Guess Who and appeared on two albums, and later performed with [a=Bill Wallace]'s Best of the Guess Who band. He joined [a= Randy Bachman]'s band in 2000 and then joined The Guess Who's 2001 - 2003 reunion tour.
