Mostly known for "Jersey Bounce" & "After Hours" credits (later reworked as "Just Right Tonight"). Often associated to [a=Buddy Feyne] & [a=Avery Parrish].

Could be the same as the author of the book co-written in 1939 with [a=Abner Silver] "How to write and sell a song hit".
