Played together with Hugh Cornwell in the Swedish band "Johnny Sox" in 1973. When Cornwell moved back to England, Wärmling stayed in Sweden but was later drafted into the early line-up of The Stranglers (late 1974 to early 1975) but went back to Sweden after a few months.
