MDR Sinfonieorchester

German radio orchestra affiliated to the public broadcaster [l55458]. The orchestra, formerly known as [a9145396] (LSO) and [a425124] (RSO Leipzig), received its name [b]MDR Sinfonieorchester[/b] after the German Reunification, when the [a425124] was merged with the Radio Philharmonie. It is based in Leipzig.
