Drummer from Albany, California. Played in the legendary East Bay punk group [a=Operation Ivy]. After the breakup of Operation Ivy, Dave went on to play in the ska-punk group [a=Downfall (6)], along with former OpIvy band mates [a=Tim Armstrong] and [a=Matt Freeman (2)]. After the demise of Downfall, Dave started the band "Schlong" (with his brother Pat Mello).
