Fredrik Meyer

Swedish actor and musician, born 7 March 1970 in Stockholm.

He is educated at the Stockholm Academy of Theatre. Meyer has sung in the Opera Chorus and worked at Stockholm City Theatre, Malmö City Theatre, Dramaten, Östgöta Theatre and Uppsala City Theatre, among others.

In the autumn of 2012 he made his directorial debut with Över gränsen by N. Tersman. The performance was produced by Teater Komet and performed at Stockholm City Theatre/Friscen. Meyer has produced and performed a number of musical theatre performances together with his colleague Albin Flinkas. The production Jag är Gud is based on Eva Dahlgren's texts and was performed at Dansmuseet in the autumn of 2012. Meyer and Flinkas have previously produced the performances "Brel", "Fredrik and Albin hör bara Hörberg". The latter was performed at the Dansmuseet and also at Maximteatern.
