Neil Morrissey

Neil Morrissey (born 4 July 1962) is an actor, voice actor, singer, comedian and businessman. He is known for his roles in "Men Behaving Badly", "Waterloo Road" and "Boon". He has provided voices for numerous children's television series, most notably "Bob the Builder" (as Bob, Lofty, Roley and Farmer Pickles), "Kipper the Dog" and "Brambly Hedge" and "Maisy Mouse"
