Swedish composer, conductor, and pianist, born 21 July 1948, in Södermalm, Stockholm, Sweden.

He has worked extensively as a television conductor, leading the orchestra for various editions of Melodifestivalen and also representing Sweden as a conductor in the Eurovision Song Contest fourteen times. Between 1997 and 2005 Berglund was one of the piano player/team captains of the popular game show "Så ska det låta" on Swedish television.
