Argentine bandoneon performer, composer, arranger and director.

One of his most notable and memorable compositions was the music he wrote for Jorge Luis Borges' poem "Milonga de Manuel Flores," which was featured in the 1969 movie "Invasión".
In 1937 creates the [a=Aníbal Troilo Y Su Orquesta Típica]
His orchestra was among the most popular with social dancers during the golden age of tango (1940–1955), he changed to a concert sound by the late 1950s.
