Joy Lovejoy

Joy Lovejoy aka Barbara Williams or Wilson from Southside Chicago who was aged 20 when Raynard Miner brought her into Chess to replace Jackie Ross.

He helped to write this song for her and gave her a new name. Sadly her record disappeared without trace and that was the end of Barbara's recording career.
