The song was unnoticed. The publishing rights were signed over to the company of Weinman. The sales man Weinman heard that Elvis wants to cut new records and was looking for new songs. He removed the original writer credits from Beasley and Norris and replaced them with his own name and his secretary of that time [a825111]. The song became a big hit, but he never wrote the song.
