Phil McDonald

English recording studio audio engineer and producer, best known as the engineer for [l=EMI] and later for [l=Apple Records] during [a=The Beatles] studio years.

He joined [l=Apple Studios] as a senior balance engineer, at the age of 25. Aside from his work on Beatles albums, he was responsible for engineering on recordings by [a=John Lennon], [a=George Harrison], [a=Paul McCartney], [a=Ringo Starr], [a=The Shadows], [a=Roy Harper], [a=Badfinger], [a=Roger Daltrey], [a=Rhead Brothers], and [a=Squeeze (2)].
