Wayne Moss

American country-rock bassist, guitarist, keyboardist, singer, songwriter, engineer and producer, born February 9, 1938, in Charleston, West Virginia; died April 20, 2026, Madison, Tennessee.

Played in groups [a=Area Code 615] and [a=Barefoot Jerry] and as a sessionman for Joan Baez, Charlie Daniels, Fats Domino, The Everly Brothers, Leo Kottke, Mike Nesmith, Nancy Sinatra, Bob Dylan ("Blonde on Blonde" session), Hank Snow, and many others. Founder of [l=Cinderella Sound Studios].

Inducted 2013 to the West Virginia Music Hall of Fame.
