Slush Puppy
Slush Puppy is a Los Angeles-based producer and songwriter whose records have earned over one billion streams across K-pop, pop, alternative, and rock. Originally from San Diego and a multi-instrumentalist by training, he has built a sound distinctive enough to move between the biggest acts in Korea and the most forward-leaning artists in the U.S. His rise in K-pop has been fast. He is a go-to collaborator for CORTIS, BigHit Music’s breakout group, having written and produced “FaSHioN,” “TNT,” and “What You Want,” and his credits extend to ENHYPEN, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and KISS OF LIFE. In pop, his catalog includes Katy Perry’s “ARTIFICIAL” featuring JID, Nessa Barrett’s “i hope ur miserable until ur dead,” ADÉLA’s “MachineGirl,” Adam Lambert’s “NECKLACE,” and a long run of records with Snow Wife, including “AMERICAN HORROR SHOW." He writes regularly alongside some of the industry’s most respected songwriters, including Emily Warren, EJAE, and Madison Love, and he is signed to Dr. Luke’s Prescription Songs, where he works in the company’s highest-level sessions with both emerging artists and established superstars. His own releases, featuring KATSEYE, Trevor Daniel, and Royal & the Serpent, have added more than 100 million streams to his total. With more than 140 released credits, a growing presence on major K-pop releases, and an active pipeline at Prescription, Slush Puppy is one of the most promising writer-producers working today.
