Rob Roth

Bursting onto the NYC music scene in 2021, Rob Roth is a beacon for those who've faced adversity. Drawing inspiration from iconic acts like The Goo Goo Dolls, Matchbox Twenty, and The Chainsmokers, Rob crafts melodies imbued with 90s/2000s pop nostalgia. He seamlessly weaves elements of modern country and dance music, creating a soundscape that is both a reminiscent journey and a hopeful look to the future.

Rob's personal journey has been marked by challenges and transformative moments. A series of sports injuries altered his life's path, deeply impacting his physical and mental well-being. It was in these moments of vulnerability that he discovered the healing power of songwriting, turning to his guitar to articulate his experiences. This raw and unfiltered narrative is evident in each lyric; his songs are honest dialogues with listeners who might feel lost or lacking passion, reassuring them that they are seen and not alone.

One of Rob's recent release, 'Awol', was described by Tongue Tied Magazine as a “track of self-discovery wrapped around an infectious indie-pop hook. Rob Roth sings with passion and strength, capturing the universal sentiment of seeking one's place in the world." Similarly, CelebMix echoed the sentiment, labelling it as “a self-discovery track wrapped around an infectious indie-rock hook.”
