Scootie Wop

Scootie Wop is a boundary-breaking artist, producer, and creative minister carving out his own lane in music. Originally from North Carolina, with roots in Northern Virginia and South Carolina, Scootie fuses gritty street sonics with spiritual weight—delivering a sound that bangs in the whip but speaks to the soul.

A 3X Dove Award-nominated artist and former Sony Music signee, Scootie has produced for numerous respected artists while building his own reputation as a fearless voice in the culture. He’s known for his unfiltered lyrics, genre-defying production, and a willingness to challenge both norms and narratives.

As of Spring 2025, Scootie Wop is seeing explosive growth across platforms:

55.9K followers on Spotify, with a 758-listener surge on April 23, marking an 835.2% spike in growth. 40.5K YouTube subscribers with 14.1M+ total views, including 36.8K views in one day (April 22). 981K Shazams, 3M streams on Pandora, and a viral hit—“SPIN BACK!”—with over 20.3M Spotify streams

Now, with his highly anticipated album TRILLMATIKK dropping Fall 2025, Scootie is stepping boldly into the mainstream. The project is his most raw and honest to date—heavy beats, introspective bars, and anthems that speak to the misunderstood, the misrepresented, and the mission-minded. This isn’t just Christian rap. This isn’t just hip-hop. This is Scootie Wop—authentic, anointed, and unapologetically trill. TRILLMATIKK is more than an album. It’s ministry in motion. It’s a movement.
