Karriem Riggins

American drummer, songwriter, and producer, born August 25, 1975. He began his career as a jazz drummer, working with vocalist Betty Carter, trumpeter Roy Hargrove, and bassist Ray Brown. He is also a hip-hop producer, and has worked with people like The Roots, Common and Slum Village. Son of the producer and keyboardist [a=Emmanuel Riggins].
