Daniel Foose

American bassist and composer in New York City. Foose was born in New Orleans in 1982 and raised in Austin, Texas. After graduating from the University of North Texas, he moved to New York in 2008. Foose leads his own group Of Water and Ghosts and co-leads The Gold Magnolias. He is also a member of the Brian Newman Quintet.

Daniel is the son of Austin-based producer, musician and writer [a=Jon Foose].
