FLO (119)

FLO is a British R&B girl group formed in London in 2019, consisting of Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma, and Renee Downer. Known for their smooth harmonies, 2000s-inspired R&B sound, and confident style, FLO gained recognition through their breakout single “Cardboard Box” in 2022. They are praised for their powerful vocals, nostalgic influences, and modern take on classic girl group sounds.

FLO are highly anticipated to release their second studio album, Therapy At The Club, which is expected to showcase a more mature and experimental side of the group. The album explores themes of confidence, heartbreak, healing, and self-expression while continuing to highlight the strong harmonies and R&B style that have made FLO one of the most exciting new groups in the genre.
