American producer, keyboardist, synthesizer player, songwriter and composer, born May 22, 1954 - died December 25, 2022, a decade after being diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's Disease.

Fox started his career as a session keyboardist, playing with [a=Pointer Sisters], [a=Natalie Cole], [a=Patti LaBelle] and [a=The Temptations] among others. His production debut was in 1987, with [a=George McCrae]. After that he worked with numerous artists, including [a=XTC], [a=Gene Loves Jezebel], [a=The Sugarcubes], [a=10,000 Maniacs], [a=They Might Be Giants], [a=Texas] and [a=Phish].
